One of the moderators invited people to complain about the delay in fixing the bugs and upgrading the Samsung Moment so I obliged with a small rant. I didn't think it was that bad. Apparently I said something they didn't like:
Hello,

Subject: Re: 2.1 update this week for Droid.
Boo hoo, Verizon Droid users didn't get their 2 month old 2.0 devices updated to 2.1 on schedule.
How about us Sprint people that have been waiting almost 4 months now to get OBSOLETE version 1.5 updated to 2.anything or at least a patch to FIX the non functional original firmware. I say it is obsolete because Google no longer supports it with new apps like Google Maps and Google Goggles.
And what about the CL14 update you say? It DOES NOT fix the "airplane mode" bug that disables phone and data functions randomly. It DOES NOT fix the GPS bug that locates you randomly around the world. Besides for making you reload all your apps and data and bricking some percentage of user's phones what does it ACTUALLY fix?
Here is my dream: Sprint and Motorola release a new Droid+ (like Vzw did their Pre+) with Android 2.1 AND Direct Connect features. The Droid+ can have better battery life and maybe little less UGLY than the Droid... Most important, Sprint will let us swap our buggy Moment phones for it.
How is that for a dream?
