With bike advocacy I thought I should have some data and I lam curious to see how dangerous the streets really are, and by streets I mean cars. I contacted the Nashua police data person and got an excel file of all motor vehicle accidents. A little python to sort out the fields and normalize the addresses and I could upload it to google maps. Of course this is only mv accidents recorded. I don’t have a source yet of other emergency calls. But it is a start and shows the obvious hot spots.
